Julia’s professional journey spans business operations, information systems and delivery. She has worked across different organizational environments — from early-stage startups to established organizations — gaining first-hand experience of how technology initiatives, governance and decision-making shape the way organizations grow and mature.

At the centre of her practice are two disciplines she has developed both deep expertise in and a genuine passion for: Enterprise Architecture and Project Management. She naturally approaches complex initiatives from both perspectives — how to move the work forward, and how technologies, dependencies, processes, people and business context fit together as one system.

That curiosity and commitment to the craft have shaped her work across cloud and infrastructure, enterprise applications and platforms, data, AI and analytics, cybersecurity and compliance, integration, modernization and digital transformation.

Over time, that breadth of experience, systems thinking and passion for making complex work move well became the foundation for the KOSMOS Execution System — bringing years of accumulated knowledge and practical experience into a structured approach to leading important technology work.
